2. Eligibility
To use our service, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a legal resident of the United States, have a valid Social Security Number, have an active bank account in your name, and have a regular source of income.
3. How the Service Works
When you submit a loan application through our website, we perform a soft credit check (which does not affect your credit score) and transmit your information to our lending partner network to find a potential match. If a lender in our network is willing to offer you a loan, you will be redirected to that lender's website to review and accept the terms directly with them.
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that any loan will be approved. The decision to lend is made solely by the individual lender.
4. Loan Terms and Costs
Loan amounts range from $100 to $10,000. APR ranges from 5.99% to 35.99%. Repayment terms range from 30 days to 48 months. Actual rates, terms, and amounts depend on the lender and your individual qualifications.
Representative Example: If you borrowed $5,000 over a 48-month period with an 8% arrangement fee ($400), your monthly repayments would be $131.67, with a total repayment of $6,320.12. Total cost of borrowing: $1,720.12. Representative 18.23% APR.
5. Soft Credit Check
Our initial matching process uses a soft credit inquiry only, which does not impact your credit score. However, if you are matched with a lender and choose to proceed, the lender may perform a hard credit check as part of their own approval process. This hard check may affect your credit score.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application. Submitting false information may constitute fraud and could result in legal action. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any loan offer before accepting it. You are responsible for repaying any loan you accept according to the lender's terms.
7. Points and Rewards Program
We offer a points program where users can earn points through account registration, successful loan applications, and referrals. Points have no cash value until redeemed through available reward options. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
8. Referral Program
Users can earn referral points when someone they refer successfully uses our service. Referral rewards are subject to change. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referral or fake accounts) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all points.
